Lounge Lovers Waterloo

We have had a horrible experience with this company. We spent almost $5,000 in their store and we have had so many issues. The table we bought came with stains, the wrong screws and a chip in one of the legs. We have had countless of delays on orders. We have had to move plans, stay home for hours and waste A LOT of time over the phone. We placed an order in October for a delivery at the end of November. This delivery has been delayed 4 times!!!!! We have just been told we won't received them until 11/01 so almost 7 weeks delay vs the promised date. We have now had to source new chairs in the meantime to accommodate our guests through the festive season. The worse part is that after calling to seek some sort of compensation their suggested amend was to provide a gift voucher of $100. This might look generous but it implies us having to spend MORE money - the cheapest product is $200 + delivery so $250. So not only we don't get an actual discount but in fact we are asked to spend more money with them! OUTRAGEOUS!! Worse customer experience ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Mel and her colleague were fantastic! The selection and spring sale prices were equally so. I managed to get the last sofa bed model in my preferred colour and the same with the two armchairs I chose. The fabric protection warranty seems worthwhile, too. Very pleased. Oh, and all that for less than half what I was going to pay at another retailer for just the sofa bed.

Have some decency and own up for your mistakes! I ordered couch covers literally 6 months ago. Yesterday I received my delivery and it turns out I was sent the wrong colour. The two options that I have been presented with are: 1. return the wrong covers for a refund. 2. wait for another 20 weeks for the correct covers to arrive. Neither option is appropriate! I don't want green covers when I ordered grey ones. And I also don't want to have to wait almost one entire year for covers to arrive for which I've already paid full price! If you make me wait for another 20 weeks at least show some decency and offer a partial refund!

If I could give the whole experience a minus 5 I would. We ordered our couch in June and they delayed our couch 3 times and were still left without a couch by November. We had to fight for a refund because we had been without a couch for 2 months at this point. They refused initially, and the whole ordeal has been so negative I’ve already told all my friends and family to never order from loungelovers. Upon speaking to them about this, this has also happened 4 of them - multiple delays and some products arriving damaged or scratched. Avoid at all costs. Also don’t get baited by their sales they’re literally always on sale

If I could rate into the negative I would. We purchased an extending dinning table. It was delivered and after assembly did not work. The decision was made to replace with another one and assemble it on site to ensure that it functioned correctly. After 2 changes to delivery schedule, the new table was simply left (in box) and the old table was taken under protest. After several phone calls, we got the platitude of “we are sorry for the inconvenience” then an sms and phone message to say there was nothing they would be doing but they were “sorry for the inconvenience” If Lounge Lovers were the last furniture company on earth, I would make my own furniture. I highly recommend that you DON’T buy from them. The don’t know what customer service is.
